Time past Fast...... I've start my new job a week aready!!! So Fast...... Before I go for LIVE in my job,I've learn a lot on training!! Just I realize that I'm Nothing actualy....
During the orientation day,I remember that our trainer told us that we have to learn a new things before the day end!! It helps us to grow up.... And the day will not be wasted because we have learned a new for ourself. And he was told us that we have to think positive way on what we think and what we meet...
Beside that,I appreciated the training course from Marilyn... Marilyn, she was a very nice and beautiful girl. She spoke very soft and she's a pet lover! I loved her training course with us....
I was a person that always thinking negative, I'm not a independent girl! I'm weak in communication with people,especially with strangers!!! I can't spoke English very well, I know all this is a big problem to me when I'm with my job...
And I was goes through my manager, Jesie to talk about this kind of problem! And I'm so happy that she helps me well!! I realy want to thanks her that giving me chance to try this that I never try it before... Thanks Jesie, I wish that I can give you what you hope me to do... I'll try to do it as well as I can!!!
I realy wish that I can get improve myself from this job... I want to be more independent, I want to make myself to be more brave when talk to others... I want to improve my communication skills as well... Hope that I will be different within this year!!! I want myself to be changed....
